Customer service:

Payment:
Orders are paid in advance by credit card via Paypal (click for more information). You do not need to have a Paypal account in order to use Paypal. All you need is your credit card.
Order confirmation:
An automatic receipt will be sent to you from Paypal directly after payment. When purchasing kits, an additional order confirmation will be sent within 12 hours. In case of delivery problems, you will be notified and time of delivery will be estimated.
Shipping:
All kits are normally dispatched within 3 working days after payment. All prices are including shipping fees. If the goods are not collected, shipping fees will still be charged.
Return:
According to Norwegian law, the customer is entitled to return the goods within 14 days from date of order. After this date, no returns will be accepted. In case of return Tora Frøseth Design must be notified in advance. Refund will take place when the goods arrive at Tora Frøseth Design. The goods must be unused, and returned in the original and intact package. Shipping fees will be charged.
Pdf files can not be returned.
